RETURNS POLICY
WHAT TO KNOW AHEAD OF TIME
- We want to make this easy for you, and want you to come back to us, so please follow the rules below for a swift and easy return.
- Ensure that you get a full refund by returning your items(s) with the packaging in the original, intact condition.
- Please do not return or attempt to return an item in a condition that you would not want to receive yourself.
- You responsible for any return shipment costs that were not due to a problem with the item.
- If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will pay the return shipping costs.
- Please do not use the item's original packaging as a shipping container. To avoid damage and ensure you're refunded, pack items in the original packaging and place inside of a larger, separate shipping container. We recommend using the box your items were originally shipped in.
NO PROBLEM
- Most new and unopened items delivered within the last 30 days and are not included in the NO CAN DO group below.
NO CAN DO
- Returns dated 30 days past the electronically posted delivery date. This can be found by clicking on your tracking number.
- Any items which have been removed from the packaging or the manufacturer seal is broken.
- Items that do not have all tags and original packaging materials.
- Used, dirty or damaged goods.
RETURNS PROCESSING
When your return is approved, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
INITIATE YOUR RETURN
Once you have reviews our returns policy above and have determined that you are eligible, click on one of the forms below, carefully read the instructions, completely fill it out and send it in with the returned product. If you have any questions before you initiate your return, please feel free to email us at info@motoracerusa.com
IMPORTANT: Any returns that do not meet the guidelines above will be returned to the shipment address listed on the label at the customer's expense. Please adhere to the guidelines so that we can make this as smooth for you as possible.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer returns for international orders.
REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
Your returned item will be thoroughly reviewed and if approved, will be processed within 7 business days after the item is received at our warehouse. Credit will be posted 1-5 days after the date of processing to your original form of payment. You will be notified via email. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
Order is marked as delivered - but not there.
In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient have yet to receive it - we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.
PRINT ON DEMAND POLICY
I have a problem with my Print on Demand order - what do I do?
Please send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 30 days after receiving the order. Send it to support@printful.com
Please note that there’s no need to return damaged products - simply send us a few photos.
Do you accept returns for Print on Demand Apparel and accessories?
We do not accept returns for Print on Demand orders. Please check in with the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order a correct size.

Can I cancel Print on Demand order? / Can I make changes to the Print on Demand order?
All orders are final - we cannot cancel orders once they have started production. Please get in touch with support@printful.com ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.
What do I need to know about ordering print on demand internationally?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
It’s past estimated delivery date for my Print on Demand I haven’t received my order yet.
Please check in with your local post office - in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, please send us an email with your order number and a correct delivery address - we’ll help.
Make sure you report the problem within 4 weeks after estimated delivery time - If reported outside ot the the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order.

Print on Demand Product disclaimers:
Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the garments you receive. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.
You may notice some discoloration or off-white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.
If you receive a product with a stain - please wash it before reporting a problem.
